My Story

For those who don’t know me, I’m a very energetic and upbeat person, but a few years ago, I experienced a profound sense of indifference and detachment to my life.
I lost my mojo. I was broken.
Despite being someone who was very controlling over their mind and body, I felt completely out of touch, and out of control with myself. I had to act a certain way; look a certain way; think a certain way; to be happy.
I ate relatively well most of the time, was in a happy relationship, had good friends and was not in any real danger. Yet, I felt lethargic, melancholic, and always defensive; as if people were out to get me.

One day, the controlling side of me led me down the right path for once. I picked up a home decluttering book, and thought to myself, if I can make my apartment perfectly tidy and organised, I’ll be happy. It turns out I was right.
The simple act of being honest with myself, completely aware of all my possessions, discarding what no longer served me while expressing gratitude towards those objects, made me re-discover the feeling of empowerment, instead of the limiting feeling of control. And with empowerment, came freedom.
It left me wondering, what else could I apply this to? My mental health, my nutrition, my finances, my spirituality? YES, all of the above.

With the help of an “NLP” coach, a “Pegan” lifestyle, a spiritual book “A New Earth”, a budgeting/financial tracker and the secret ingredient of empowerment, I was reborn. I felt humble, grateful and aware. Awareness gave me visibility and hope. I felt that my discovery of a simple, natural, holistic lifestyle change should be shared and made available to all those who could benefit from it.
Since then, I became an NLP practitioner, refined my take on the Pegan diet (by Mark Hyman) and trained to be an Integrative Nutritionist at IIN.

I have been working with both men and women, internationally, between the age of 26-64, who work in real-estate, marketing, finance, cyber security, and homemaking. I, and they, have been amazed by the results.
I feel so grateful that I now get to support individuals of all walks of life on their own journey of awareness, wholesome nourishment and realisation of their true potential.
